Add Multiple Users to a channel

Hello, what is the best way to add all our users to a channel? I tried API call channels.addAll but I get user limit exceeded error.

Workspace => Settings => General => Rest API
“User Limit for Adding All Users to Channel” (500 as default)
I changed it to 1000 and my 800+ users were added to room.
