Add a user group to a new channel

Good day.
Tell me how you can add a user group to a new channel?
For example, I have a “Department 1” user group with 20 users.
I am creating a new channel and I want all users of the “Department 1” group to be added to this channel. How to do it? Or an output for only one user to add?

Potentially via Teams but it seems some Team features are limited to EE so be careful.

Have a look at the API.
