For a long time i’m having issues with accessibility on the livechat feature.
I use on a governamental site so I need to abide to certain rules, and I can’t find on the documentation how I can modify items on the widget on my site.
You guys use H1 on the widget and a page can have only one H1 so it conflict with accessibility rules, another thing is you guys use images that I can’t translate in the widget and that impact on accessibility too.
It is possible to do this modifications?
