Has anyone tried to customize the livechat widget? I would like to position the widget to the left corner rather than on the right corner of my website.And I would love to make the chat body transparent? Thanks

I tried to curl it but it confuses me. If shows some unique id.Where does this comes from. I just need to edit the LiveChat.css.I could not find it, also I am running my server with raspberry pi 4.
Another thing is that, How can be able to connect from mobile to desktop with the video chat. It seems that I cannot connect to them when using video chat in vice versa. but with the same device it is all good and possible.Thank you
