Why my panel is different from tutorial?

I’m trying to use custom field in the livechat rocket omnichannel; but this tutorial

Show more options than what I really got

What am I missing? And yes, I can’t see my custom field in the form of the live chat
Also let me tell you that I’m using the Iframe setting and my server was made with the one-click feature of digital ocean

Have your tried to reload the page? I used to have this problem before and usually due to the internet connection (remember to turn off VPN if you use)

Nothing of that helped. I think it is a premium feature

As far as I know, custom fileds will work with Enterprise Edition (not available in Community Edition).
