Websocket error on default install

Description

Installed Rocket.Chat; planning on using Livechat. When using livechat, we are getting an error ‘Websocket connection to ‘server’ Connection closed before receiving a handshake response’

This is just the default installation (latest) and we have not even started with a reverse proxy yet.
