Hello,
Regarding the email transcript sent from the Livechat widget, is there a setting for making the default timezone the user’s current timezone? Currently, we do have this setting enabled for the Livechat widget, so it does show the user’s current timezone in the chat, however when the transcript is sent, the email transcript shows the UTC and not the user’s time as it is displayed in the widget. If helpful, I did attach screenshots to try to more fully demonstrate my question. The first shows that the Default timezone for reporting is the User’s current timezone, the second shows the correct user time in the Livechat widget, and the third shows the email transcript with UTC.
