Any additional Information

I have “found” an old rocketchat installation, version 3.3.3. Now I want to update this very old installation to the newest version. I have read somewhere that I have to update incrementally. The article says “not more then 2 minor versions in one update”.
I think this is not possible so I thought exporting the rooms to a csy would be a way, to import zthe chats after installing the last version an a new virtual machine.
In this way I have to export every single room, a lot of work, so my question:
is there a simple way to update this very old version and keep all rooms? How could I manage this?

Thanks a lot,
Peter
