Hi all, i have a question.

When i followed the link to buy notifications i got the redirect to the github page. The problem is that I had to create a Github account and at no time the transaction has a connection with our rocktechat entity.
How do you make the link with the rocketchat entity? Is there a piece of information or a code to fill in?

This is verifiably off base. You can change the setting for the worker not to send pop-up message on ALL MESSAGES as a matter of course, and just on specifies. Client can supersede that per account or per channel. Is it true that you are not mindful of this chance?

Can we configure specific accounts to receive push notifications?

In our case only managers only need the push service as they are usually mobile

Also, I think it has already been mentioned, have an option to host our own gateway or push server.

We have our own server for hosting rocketchat. It would be a win win solution for both parties

I have paid sponsorship on github, but as mentioned by someone else on above forums that there is no linking on paying from github for sponsorship & the rocket chat account. I have raised a ticket as well, still waiting to hear from support team. But raising ticket every month is not a solution after paying for sponsorship. Please confirm how payment will be linked to my account.

Secondly, as the threshold limit is 10K, but my account keep on showing monthly limit reached after 5K. Can team set this notification limit to 10K

Was there some progress on this topic?
In the community edition I see the option “Fetch full message content from the server on receipt” in push settings, but it does not work. I see no request to the REST API with push.get.
The https://docs.rocket.chat/guides/security/end-to-end-encryption-algorithms#push-notifications-of-end-to-end-encrypted-messages tell me this feature is still enterprise-only. But then you should not show the option in community edition.

I would appreciate it very much if this feature would be available in the community edition as well.

E2EE is not a reliable solution looking at GDPR requirements: Every user has to setup E2EE and enable it for each channel until every push notification will be encrypted.
