Two Factor Authentication failed due to not receiving email

please, confirm:

• You are not talking about our open server, http://open.rocket.chat
• You do not have admin access to this server

On both cases, you will need to contact the admin of those server, as they seems to be facing some issue while sending emails or a bug.
