Trouble saving settings

Hi,

Fresh install of rocket.chat this AM and I have a variety of issues trying to save settings. A few examples:

When attempting to turn off front end registration it does not save the change in the field, but does turn off front end registration.

When attempting to change “Restrict access inside any Iframe” it does not save the fields and does not make the change.

Creating users, channels etc does not seem to be affected.

Apps Engine Version 1.16.0
OS Platform linux
OS Arch x64
OS Release 5.3.0-1032-aws
Node Version v12.14.0
Mongo Version 4.0.19
Proxy nginx

Hi,

Did another fresh install this AM and installed Node v12.16.1 instead of v12.14.0

Everything is now saving as expected. Any ideas why the other install failed to save settings?
