Ticketing application that joins rocket chat

I’m looking for a ticketing application that joins rocket chat, enters some keywords and creates the
case in other app.

For example, in a Public/private Channel, the user writes “case ABC” and the plugin takes that information and creates a case with the description ABC in application X.

Does anyone have any recommendations of app and plugin? I supposed this pluggin or with bot, I not know sure.

The Zapier app is a tool available on our marketplace and provides an experience very similar to what you are looking for :slight_smile:

You just need to know if it also integrates with the platform you would like to build the cases.
