Suppression List Sendgrid/Twilio

Hi all,

I have managed to get my rocket.cloud account email-address on the sendgrid/twilio suppression list and can now neither receive a login link nor a password reset email.

I have tried to open a ticket on desk.rocket.chat but just received the reply that i do not have a support contract.

Whom can I contact in this case?
