RocketChat refreshes the page every 3-4 minutes

Description

I recently updated the Rocket.Chat Server to 6.7.5 and now there is the problem - RocketChat refreshes the page every 3-4 minutes.
This does not depend on a browser, the problem exists in both Chrome and Firefox.

Server Setup Information

  • Version of Rocket.Chat Server: 6.7.5
  • Operating System: centos8
  • Deployment Method: docker
  • Number of Running Instances: 1
  • MongoDB Version: 5.0
  • Proxy: nginx

Not sure what you mean by ‘refreshes the page’ ?

Have you tested on open.rocket.chat ?

Do you have any customisations?

Anything else that might cause this to happen? I never saw it when we were on 6.7.x and don’t see it on 6.9.x either?

when the chat page is open, the page spontaneously auto-refreshes every few minutes

I presume you actually mean “my page ONLY refreshes every 3 or 4 minutes”?

Tell us about your reverse proxy. Have you checked your websockets ard working correctly?

Any other issues? Logs?
