Rocket Chat on Ubuntu Cant Access Via App

I have Rocket Chat server running on Ubuntu 20.04.1 LTS.

It works well via web browser but I cannot access my Rocket Chat server via the Rocket.Chat mobile app EVEN when I am on local network via WiFi.

Any suggestions?

I wanted to add that when we open the app we click on Join Workspace and type in our IP Address followed by the port it says “Oops! connection closed” but we have the ports properly set on the router and firewall. We also tested it locally as well and nothing.

So even going to 10.0.1.100:3000 gives us the same error of “Oops! connection closed”
