I have a nice Livechat Button on my website and want to be available 24/7 for my users.
The rocket chat iOS App it works fine - but only if I have the app in use.
When i have the app in background or switch off the screen, then the live chat connection will be closed and the user can only use the offline form on the website.
Is there a way to tell the app or chat server to keep the connection, that I get a notification when a user starts a new livechat from the webpage?
