Can I raise a pull request for issues that already have an existing PR but are marked with a ‘stale’ label or where the contributor has been unresponsive for a long time?

Most labels are irrelevant today and in the new year most are likely to be removed.

There are thousands of old bugs. Most of them should probably be closed, and may well be soon.

We have told you what to do. Just do it please other it just wastes time.
