Question about ms teams bridge integration

I have a question about the teams bridge: https://docs.rocket.chat/docs/microsoft-teams-bridge
Would it be possible to use it from two different sides? What i mean is:

  • user A is in company 1 and using self hosted rocket chat internally + using it to talk with with other companies
  • user B is in company 2 and needs support from user A in company 1, but they use only microsoft teams

Can user B and A communicate with their respective programs through the integration with each other? Am asking because if I read this documentation correctly, this integration is supposed to be used within an organization … like if two different teams within a company use two different communication tools.

I believe so but pay particular attention to the caveats & MS usage limits on the page.

With the Microsoft Teams Bridge, you can exchange up to 500 messages per month across Rocket.Chat and MS Teams at no additional cost. If you surpass this limit, you can no longer exchange messages between Rocket.Chat and Teams.
