Hello everyone ,
I’ve got an issue and need some help
I have an rocketchat-server snap installation on my ubuntu server, and today its got some problem ,
I’ve checked its running on the server the status is active, I have access and can easily login on the ubuntu server localhost
But from other side workstation unable to access it its stucked on loading

I’m having the same issue. Rocket.Chat snap install, Ubuntu server 22.04, Rocket.chat version 6.4.2
Mongodb version 5.0.15
Service reports as working.
Checked logs, and in the rocketchat-server.rocketchat-mongo logs, get messages such as this every 60 seconds.

In the audit logs,

Installing from snaps is not the recommended way. I would suggest to do the manual installation, as mentioned here:
