Hi, I just followed this guides

and
trying to install this RocketChat, when checking the status, it returns an error.
I am able to ping from another computer but the web browser does not connect.
The RocketChat documentation is not as good as I was expecting.
Please help, I have all this week trying to fix this. I followed this instructions 4 times this day.
What am I doing wrong?
