Private messages are not visible

Description

Hello friends! Please help me! When sending private messages, only notifications hang, and the messages themselves do not reach. How can I fix this?

What do you mean? I don’t understand. Can you please explain the issue a bit more in detail? That’d be great.

Also please add your server logs to the thread (use something like ix.io or pastebin.com).
