Presence for "old" users is shown as offline

Description

Hi! As you see in the following picture close to all users are offline in the overview:

For example: Basti is shown as offline, although he is online.
In the mobile App every user has the correct status.

The problem began when we had to mongorestore our daily backup.
When we add new users the presence status is show correctly. (The User “S” in the picture). So only “old” users are affected.

We tried to:
Reboot rocket.chat.
Update RocketChat to newest version. (3.8.1)

Is there a way to reset the presence status? Thank you in advance.

I don’t know but if there isn’t there should be. Have you found out?
