openLDAP is not syncing

Description

I have openLDAP on a server that i already use with 2 different platforms and it works just fine .

I added my ip , port and base DN in the form of e.g
10.0.0.0
389
dn=demo , dn=com

Do i need to add anything else for LDAP to work ?

Server Setup Information

  • Version of Rocket.Chat Server: latest just installed today 19/11
  • Operating System: ubuntu 20.0.4
  • Deployment Method: docker
  • Number of Running Instances: 1
  • DB Replicaset Oplog:
  • NodeJS Version:
  • MongoDB Version: latest
  • Proxy: nothing
  • Firewalls involved: no

Hey , can someone help me please , i saw a lot of threads about openLDAP not working here could someone post a fix i would appreciate it.
