No License key provided after paying enterprise plan


Hello Rocketchat team,

I don’t know where to put the question after sending email everyday to your sales team but getting 0 answer.
I have paid my invoice for 5 days, and I haven’t gotten any information further include license key to upgrade my app version to Enterprise edittion.

We are running out of notification for this month and looking forward to hearing from you as soon as possible.
