Firstly thanks to the developers of this great app!! We are so excited to get it working.
We have installed rocket.chat using Digital Ocean image, then went andupgraded it according to this tutorial: Upgrading to 3.0.0
We are having a really difficult time getting it to work on our wordpress site.
It keeps coming up as no agent online. We have created multiple agents, and when using the iphone app keep getting this behaviour.
