Need help changing display name

Hi All,

I am a newbie admin to Rocket Chat, we have set it up so that the users are defined by a group on our AD server. One of the users was originally an intern so their display name was John Doe[Intern] however now they have been hired as a fulltime employee. AD has been updated to remove the [Intern] however the change is not appearing in Rocket Chat. We currently have Allow Name Change set to false. Is there any as an admin I can remove the [Intern] from his name?
