My cell phone does not ring when a message is entered or a notification appears

Description

When I updated the RC version from 4.8.7 to version 6.4.5, we noticed that the cell phone does not notify the entry of messages by screen and by sound. Can someone help me??

Could you try restarting your workspace?
Additionally try changing the notification preferences on your phone.

Hi, thanks for your answer, but it didn’t help to reboot it, neither to update it and in the cellular preferences I don’t see anything different, even from the web page it has all the settings activated for cell alerts and sounds, but it doesn’t work. What other recommendation can you give me?

For me, also reinstalling the rocketchat app on the phone was necessary to get alerts to work again
