Multiple pushes on inactive devices



we were wondering about the thing that we are running out of our monthly free push limit very quickly.

What we figured out is that users receive multiple pushes when they change their mobile devices. They install the mobile app on the new device and delete the app on the old ones. Or reset the old phone…

It seems that Rocket pushes messages to the old one and the new one…

What can we do to prevent this? Is there a “automatic logout when inactive” for the devices?
I tried the option “logout from other locations” option. No effect on the behavior.
