Mobile App not showing Messages in Preview

Description

Since last week my users report not seeing any messages when previewing a room. Also when they join a room they only see new incoming messages and all the older messages are gone. This happens only with the mobile app, with the web-version it’s fine.

Server Setup Information

  • Version of Rocket.Chat Server: 4.5.2
  • Operating System: Ubuntu
  • Deployment Method: docker
  • Number of Running Instances: 1
  • MongoDB Version: 4.0
  • Proxy: traefik

Any additional Information

Reproduced with the official Android App.

What i tried:

  • Clearing the App-Cache
  • Restarting the server
  • Updating the Server from 4.0 to 4.5.2

Does someone have a lead or knows what could cause this?
