Message popup results (at symbol ping user)

Description

Hi All!
When I tried to ping a user in the chat with the @ symbol, the search didn’t work. Not all users are affected, only some.

But if I suppose I type in @username and press enter - the user is checked in for 1-2 seconds as usual.

Hi.

I would suggest upgrading to the latest version, or at least confirming if this issue is present on our latest.

A lot has changed and been fixed since the version you are using.
