My rocketchat server is stoping time to time.

I set it up as below:

Server Setup Information:

  • Version of Rocket.Chat Server: 0.74.3
  • Operating System: Red Hat 7.6
  • Deployment Method: manual (via CentOS documentation manual)
  • Number of Running Instances: Just one
  • DB Replicaset Oplog: Disabled
  • NodeJS Version: 8.11.4
  • MongoDB Version: MongoDB shell version v3.6.12

Additional context

  • Webdav Integration Enabled: Yes
  • For this trail period, we have a controlled user base with less than 30 registered users.

And today it was needed to restart the rocketchat and the httpd services a bunch of times.

Please, what you suggest I need to do to fix this!

One thing we are trying is to disable Webdav Integration.

  • Webdav Integration Enabled: No

So, lets see what happens.

That was our issue.

After disabling WebDAV integration our rocketchat environment becomes stable again.
