I have the live chat widget embedded on multiple websites.
When someone chats in, I thought it used to show which website they were coming from etc.
(I thought I saw it once anyways)
Is it possible to have the new incoming chat show information from which website they are chatting in from and the pages by chance?
Also when an email gets sent when we are ‘offline’ it doesn’t show any information as to where they came from either. Is it possible to make a change to be able to tell?
