Is there a way to have the live chat window popup automatically when the page is loaded rather than having the user click the widget in the corner?
Possibly but be aware that some options are only available in ‘Premium’.
You may be able to set some custom script - possibly in your own site to override their code - but not sure for Omnichannel.
