Ldap users unable to login to rocket chat

Hi Team,

We have configured our Local AD LDAP Authentication for rocket chat, settings were saved successfully.

AD users were imported to the rocket chat using the background sync option, they are visible in users tab.

However same user are not able to login to rocket chat using the AD authentication user name and password.

We need your valuable suggestion and support on this.

Can you put your log level to debug, try to login and paste the logs here?
