Admin access lost after LDAP sync

Hi everyone,
I successfully managed to get rocketchat working using docker in ubuntu. Enabled LDAP sync and it seems to have overwritten admin login. Unfortunately I used same username as one of our AD accounts when setting up rocketchat. I tried following https://rocket.chat/docs/administrator-guides/restoring-an-admin/ but I can’t for some reason access mongodb. I get connection refused error. Any idea how to go about restoring admin access?

PS - I’m unable to even use same LDAP user account which had same username to login. No luck either way. Other LDAP accounts are working but just user access is available.
