Import users from LDAP

Description

i set up the ldap connection, it’s was successful.
I try to import users from the ldap (Active directory) to rocket chat it’ not OK
Any one can helping me please?

Server Setup Information

  • Version of Rocket.Chat Server: 5.4.1
  • Operating System: Debian 11
  • Deployment Method: apt get (Rocket.Chat on Debian - Rocket.Chat Docs)
  • Number of Running Instances: 1
  • DB Replicaset Oplog: MongoDB 5.0.14 / wiredTiger (oplog Activé)
  • NodeJS Version: v14.21.2
  • MongoDB Version: 5.0.14
  • Proxy: nginx
  • Firewalls involved: no FW

Any additional Information

it’s impossible to active directory user to log on the rocket chat server with theire active directory credentials.

Hi!

It will only add the user on the user login.

Syncing the users before they join is restricted to the Enterprise Version.
