Internet Explorer 11 (IE11) not loading Rochetchat ver. 3.2.2

Description

Rocketchat is stucked in IE11

Server Setup Information

  • Version of Rocket.Chat Server: 3.2.2
  • Operating System: Ubuntu
  • Deployment Method: snap
  • Number of Running Instances: 1
  • DB Replicaset Oplog:
  • NodeJS Version: v12.16.1
  • MongoDB Version: 3.6.14
  • Proxy: caddy
  • Firewalls involved: AWS Security rules. Allowed 80 and 443 only

Any additional Information

I’ve checked here and says it is solved in 1.3.2 but the thing is that I’m on 3.2.2 and is not working.

Also I’ve tried to update with no succeed with:

sudo snap refresh rocketchat-server

Says there is no update.

For your information I have tried downgrade and doesn’t work. Starts to sparkle, fireworks and 503 error on the server. I’ll keep you guys posted.
