Internal Support Functionality for Rocketchat

Hi Everyone,

I would like to kindly ask if there is like an internal support functionality for rocketchat to users inside the application. E.g.:

  • Users need help/report issues (issuer):

    • Each of the accounts have their own channel that can post their issues
  • Supporting team:

    • Have a general channel that receives all the messages from all the users.
    • Helpdesk can create/close a thread (create/delete a new channel or something) to support/discuss with issuer
