I would like to kindly ask if there is like an internal support functionality for rocketchat to users inside the application. E.g.:
Users need help/report issues (issuer):
- Each of the accounts have their own channel that can post their issues
- Have a general channel that receives all the messages from all the users.
- Helpdesk can create/close a thread (create/delete a new channel or something) to support/discuss with issuer
