I want to have special group in rocket similar to user, If somebody from rocket users send message to this group then only any group members can answer and continue convesation with user who send message.
Livechat is good for support, but you need to public it, and users every time have to introduce themselves.
I am trying to find solution for company users who already have accounts in RocketChat
Channel like #general is not good because all users can see messages other users.
no idea? no desicions?
