Integrate Rocket.chat with Drupal website

Description

Plug-in Deployments - Rocket.Chat Docs stated Rocket.chat supports for Drupal 7 & 8.
But it is supporting in version ^9.4 || ^10 as in the Drupal documentation.

I setup Rocket.chat with Drupal 9.5.10 version and placed RocketChat Livechat block on site.

  1. I cannot send offline messages, getting → POST https://xxxxxxxxxx.rocket.chat/api/v1/livechat/offline.message 400 error from console.

  2. How can I add Drupal website users to the chat portal?
