Installed applications disappear

Hi all!
I periodically observe a problem: installed home-made applications (from the private apps section) disappear, and after a reboot they appear again. then everything is fine for a while. How to fix this?

4.4.0/rocksdb (oplog Enabled)

First, upgrade.

Think there is security patch to 6.12.3

Second you have EE. Check your licence is in date and synced. If so open a support ticket. It is what you pay for.
