Installation via snap not working

Description

I tried to install via snap as mentioned in the docs. Failed on ubuntu 18, 20 and 22.
I changed the root url to the LAN ip or my local DNS hostname. No success. On first login via browser only three dots and then a grey site.

It only seemed to work somehow when i made a fresh installation and didn’t change the rooturl but connected to the server via ssh Tunnel and localhost.

  • Operating System: ubuntu 18,20,22 on RPI 4
  • Deployment Method: snap
  • Number of Running Instances: none
  • DB Replicaset Oplog:
  • NodeJS Version:
  • MongoDB Version: installed by snap (seems to be deprecated)
  • Proxy: none
  • Firewalls involved:
