Since the beginning of this project in 2015, we’ve been a hybrid team with some people working from our office and many people working remotely from all over the world.
For most of the world though, 2021 represents the rise of hybrid work. We’re all trying to figure it out.
It also represents the rise of instant messaging, which apparently is now more popular with office workers than email (our team will soon be releasing a survey we did with 1,000+ respondents). This is a shift that this community has seen coming for years now.
Our co-founder Marcelo Schmidt, VP of HR Tatiana Cirio and I thought it would be interesting to hop on a 1-hour call with as many of you as possible to share a bit of our experience with hybrid work, the things that were built into Rocket.Chat to support hybrid work and most importantly, have a back and forth conversation on the topic with as many of you as possible.
