Gettting error while setting up locally

Google Summer of Code gsoc2023

  • Installed Node 14
  • Installed Meteor
  • Install yarn
  • Clone this repo: git clone https://github.com/RocketChat/Rocket.Chat.git
  • Run yarn to install dependencies

I have done all of these steps ,
and after that i run yarn dev command into this directory ,

This error is coming,
can anyone help with this
