Failed to connect Cloud to Rocket Chat Server

Description

Hi all,
i searched hours because of my problem and wasnt able to find a solution. I hope you can help me with this.
I installed rocket.chat on a clean fresh Ubuntu 20.04.2 LTS.

I followed this: Rocket.Chat in Ubuntu - Rocket.Chat Docs

Everything is working fine except the Cloud Authentication. It tells me:

ErrorFailed to find any information about the oAuth Client. Please contact support (desk.rocket.chat) describing what you are trying to accomplish and provide them this request id: 3c6acbd3-85f9-4955-afbc-ac2a778ac584

If i check the status of the service it shows me this:

I hope i can get help here, because we need the marketplace.
