Error opening image from Attachments button

Hello,
When I open an image from the chat the image loads normally and I can close the image viewer, but when I open the image from the button to the right of “attachments” the viewer seems to open, but it does not show me the image and it does not let me close it, I can only load the web browser to continue using the chat.

  • Operating System: Ubuntu 18.04
  • Deployment Method: snap
  • Number of Running Instances: 1
  • NodeJS Version: v12.22.1
  • MongoDB Version: 3.6.14
  • Proxy: nginx

I installed rocketchat using snap, but the SSL certificate part was done using step 6 of the following link https://computingforgeeks.com/install-rocket-chat-on-ubuntu-with-letsencrypt/ , I think combining the 2 tutorials caused the problem.

This probably was solved on latest versions.

I suggest you trying to reproduce this on latest, and considering upgrading too:
