Hello I have rocketchat installed in ubuntu 20 and after updating to 4.2.0 this error appears in the logs every 2 minutes

That looks really weird. Is it looking for a file at /tmp?
I strongly do not recommend manual installs, unless you have a clear reason for doing that.
Docker/K8s for large deploys or snaps for small ones are the way to go.
Any chance you change the deploy method?
