Is there anyway of disabling the Welcome email after a new user has registered and verified their email address. I’ve tried the ‘Send email to user when user is activated’ but a welcome email is still sent even if this is turned off.

I want to disable those welcomes emails too. Any idea how to do it?
I’ve disabled Verify emails for external accounts and sending emails when user is activated but still got those emails.
