Directory Color Not Changing

Description

Certain color changes (like the “Directory active tab”) simply do not work.

Documentation from the official site says the “Directory active tab” color is controlled by " Button Primary" as seen here:

As you can see, I’ve changed this color to a bright red (and restarted the server, cleared browser cache, etc) yet no changes are made.
