Database migration failed

Description

Im getting notifications on pc app and andorid that its required to update to at least 6.5.0

But deployment meets all requirements:

Today i tried to update to latest version but database migration filed.
I dont understand why my database is locked on ver.303 and what is this, since 6.6.3 has exact requirements as current setup.
